2. Account Registration

To use Resume Tuner, you must:

Be at least 16 years old
Provide accurate and complete registration information
Verify your email address
Keep your account credentials secure
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

3. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

Upload false or misleading information in your resume
Use the service to fabricate qualifications or experience
Attempt to manipulate or abuse our AI systems
Share your account with others or resell access
Use automated tools to access our service (bots, scrapers)
Violate any applicable laws or regulations

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of the resumes and content you upload. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the resume optimization service. We do not claim ownership of your resumes or use them for any other purpose.

5. AI-Generated Content

Our AI suggests improvements based on your original content. You are responsible for:

Reviewing all AI-generated suggestions before using them
Ensuring the accuracy and truthfulness of your final resume
Verifying that all information reflects your actual qualifications

We explicitly instruct our AI not to fabricate information, but you must verify all output. Resume Tuner is not responsible for any consequences of submitting inaccurate information to employers.

6. Pricing and Payments

We offer the following plans:

Free Tier: 5 resume adjustments per day
Weekly Plan: $20/week for unlimited adjustments
Monthly Plan: $50/month for unlimited adjustments

Prices are in USD and may change with notice. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. See our Refund Policy for details on cancellations and refunds.

7. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may temporarily suspend service for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses due to service interruptions.

8. Limitation of Liability

Resume Tuner is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

We do not guarantee that using our service will result in job interviews or offers
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Resume Tuner from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these terms.

10. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on our website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
